This cabinet is designed to hold warm baked or cooked food and it is NSF-4 compliant for open food products.The STA Spec series heated holding cabinet units feature an exterior with a stainless steel door, front, and sides, an interior with aluminum side walls and back and a stainless steel floor and ceiling, and it has 3 heavy-duty chrome-plated wire shelves.There is 1 stainless steel heating element in this reach-in heated holding cabinet that provides uniform generation of electric heat and it uses low-velocity fans to distribute heat evenly throughout the interior and maintain temperatures between 140 to 180 degrees F.
